“Larry’s Country Diner,” the popular television show which airs on RFD-TV (as well as FamilyNet) and features a “heapin’ helpin’” of nostalgia, fun and country music served up by country stars of yesterday and today, has inked a deal with its latest corporate sponsor, Tarter Farm & Ranch Equipment.
One of the most-trusted names and largest manufacturers and suppliers of American-built farm and ranch equipment for over half a century, Tarter joins the ever-growing list of quality, corporate sponsors to join the diner in the last year. Current sponsors now include PFI–America’s Western Store’s “BootDaddy,” and Crosley Radio (vintage-style radio and jukebox manufacturer). “Larry’s Country Diner” has built a steady audience of 1.4 million viewers in just over three short years as one of the top-rated shows on the RFD-TV network, proving that America is “hungry” for this type of programming—and corporate America is taking notice.
Much like the days of early television, “Larry’s Country Diner” incorporates its sponsors into each show with walk-ons and live commercials (in addition to regular advertising spots that run during breaks).
“Today’s television viewers are so accustomed to actual commercial breaks that they have a tendency to tune out any commercial message that is aired,” explains Ann Tarter, Executive Vice President of Tarter Farm & Ranch Equipment. “This is one of the reasons we were really attracted the show. Not only do they have an amazingly large and loyal audience within our own demographic, but they integrate our spokespeople and products within the show. We are certain our message will be heard and couldn’t be more pleased.”
Additionally, “Larry’s Country Diner” is pleased to announce that beginning today (Tuesday, January 15), fans can take a look behind-the-scenes of the television show at DITLO.com. DITLO, (which stands for “Day In The Life Of”) provides “visual interviews of trending people, places and things” through a chronological gallery display of photos and videos, and a list of highlights and connections. During a previous studio taping, photographers followed host & creator, Larry Black throughout his daily routine, from show prep to wrap. Fans can find out what life is truly like for the stars of the diner.
As always, air times for “Larry’s Country Diner” on RFD-TV are Thursday night at 7 PM CT/8 PM ET, Friday morning at 9 AM CT/10 AM ET, or Saturday evening at 10 PM CT/11 PM ET. The show can also be seen on FamilyNet (check local listings for airtimes). For more information on “Larry’s Country Diner,” please visit larryscountrydiner.com.
