Will Turpin of Collective Soul, as well as his own solo project with his band, The Way, headlined the Rock by the Sea benefit concert at Vinyl in downtown Atlanta, GA. Rock by the Sea is an organization that raises funds to help fight children’s cancer and has been organizing music events for the last seven years. Will Turpin and The Way, along with a lineup of other artists including Gareth Asher, Amy Gerhartz and Lauren St. Jane, took the stage and entertained a crowd of supporters and fans. Music News Nashville was on hand to capture the event in photos, as well as a streaming interview with Turpin and Rock by the Sea’s CEO Beth Gosnell.
Rock by the Sea will be hosting its annual three-day “Music For A Cause” event at Spinnaker Beach Club in Panama City Beach, FL., May 16-19, 2013. The weekend will be filled with concerts and events, all to raise funds for wiping out children’s cancer.
