Jam rock band moe. made a stop on their “In The Groove” tour at The Tabernacle in downtown Atlanta, GA, where they performed for their fans, dubbed “moe.rons”. Compared to other jam bands like The Grateful Dead, Phish and Widespread Panic, moe. has a huge fanbase across the U.S. who follow them from show to show, living the “moe.ron” life.
Comprised of Rob Derhak (bass, vocals), Al Schnier (guitar, vocals, keyboard), Chuck Garvey (guitar, vocals), Vinnie Amico (drums), and Jim Loughlin (percussion), moe. kept the music going for nearly three hours in the southern capital. It was a night filled with good music, cheering and the wafting smell of marijuana smoke as the crowd enjoyed the evening to the fullest.
