Her fans have been feverishly following her online with hundreds of thousands of Youtube hits received to date, in anxious anticipation of her latest project. Jess Moskaluke is set to release her debut EP, Catch Me If You Can (Identical Entertainment / MDM Recordings Inc. / EMI Music Canada) on September 4, 2012. The 2011 Canadian Country Music Award (CCMA) New Artist Showcase winner’s new project is filled with a medley of pop-infused country tracks including her most recent empowering title track “Catch Me If You Can” (which hit the airwaves on June 4, 2012). The 7-track EP features her powerful raw vocals with three tracks produced by award-winning Mitch Merrett (Chad Brownlee). Catch Me If You Can will be available at Canadian retail and online.
“I love to switch things up and have a variety of styles to my music. Some of my tracks feature a bit more pop while some have a raw country-rock sound,” says Moskaluke. Her single, Catch Me If You Can showcases her edgy and full-ranged vocals, sharing a story of breaking down walls and courageously starting a new chapter in life. The EP represents the many sides of Moskaluke’s talent and features her fresh and spirited personality.
Moskaluke was a Tyler Ward Featured Artist in 2011 and rocked stages across North America as part of a 45-city tour. Her budding career has received extensive recognition as the recipient of many accolades to date. She was chosen to perform and represent Canada at the CMA Global Artist Party in Nashville to kick off the 2012 CMA Fest this past June. In addition to her 2011 CCMA nod, she was the 2011 Astral Media / Big Dog 92-7’s The Next Big Thing winner which earned her a spot opening for Grammy-nominee Dierks Bentley. Moskaluke is ready to dazzle the country world with her captivating vocals, and will commence a nationwide radio promotion tour this month.
